The main focus of our business has always been supporting and installing IT systems. We concentrate on supporting and maintaining your IT systems while you concentrate on running your business.
We have always tried to support any piece of infrastructure that is considered “IT” from desktop PCs, laptops, servers, routers, network switches, UPSs, monitors, printers, broadband, 3rd party software, email systems, Sage, ACT!, QuickBooks etc etc – the list may seem endless, however it now includes scanners, remote devices, smartphones, tablets, ipads – basically anything that has internet access and is used in the function of the business.
Our support is performed both remotely and on-premise. We do not shy away from client visits as these visits are often the foundation of our relationship with clients and if you’re on a contract with us you do not pay for a callout where the issue is covered by our support agreement.
Our services also include the sourcing, configuration and installation of IT equipment including data cabling, server installs, desktop PCs and laptops.
