Telephone Support

We provide cost effective, fast, trustworthy advice, from one of our support managers. This is a good way to get started. When you call us you are telephoning a qualified technician, not a call centre. All our support staff are in the UK, dedicated to giving you clear, impartial advice. We will not try to sell you a new computer or an upgrade every time you call. The key points of this support package are the small monthly fee, having a dedicated specialist support helpline, jargon-free, English speaking staff with staff adapting to and understanding your staff's level of knowledge.


Remote Support

This is another popular service. Many of our clients take this package alongside one of the others as an add-on. This is particularly useful as we can provide a quicker response to your requirements with no need for you to wait for an engineer to arrive. We dial into your computer (with your permission first) then help with any questions you may have. Very useful for when you get those awkward messages on your screen that no-one but the qualified Microsoft engineer can understand. The key points of this support package are that we have facilities to fix most problems within minutes of receiving your query, we simply dial-in; connect to your computer and either talk you through what you require or, you can watch as we do it for you. We find that most problems that occur are fixed within minutes of them happening and our dial-in services use the latest security services to make your computer systems ultimately secure.

Please note that this service is included in some of our services as standard and has no additional charge.

All your hardware, operating software, and computer systems maintained to business standard, with no labour charges. (See the 'Fair Usage' policy).

Fair usage consists of 2.5 hours per week as an average over a period of the subscription.


On-Site Support

This is our most popular service. When you have a question or problem, just call, if something requires an engineer or member of staff, we will come to your premises and deal with your requirement, whether it's something that is broken or you just need to speak to someone about which printer to buy. Help is right at hand. Our call-out technicians carry with them enough spare parts and peripherals to cater for all eventualities and if it's not with us, we can get it at short notice. The key points of having on-site support are that you can pay on a weekly basis by standing order. We effectively become your I.T. department taking care of any I.T. issues which you would not normally have the resources for. We work on your behalf as if we are a member of your own staff; from a Systems Administrator to a Web Designer, working on your premises, under your instruction, pushing your I.T. forward.
